ABOVE: A view of a new heightened concrete median along North Vermilion Street at the entrance to Meijer at Tractor Supply. This median will prevent southbound traffic, entering or exiting, from using the non-traffic light entrance. There will also be an island constructed in the entranceway itself (preparations in photo below); guiding only northbound traffic to enter and exit at that location. Southbound traffic will need to use the traffic light to the north.
The project began Monday, August 31st; and was scheduled to last two to three weeks.
