The Vermilion County Court case involving former Danville High School Theatre and Biology teacher Jordan Richey has been continued to Monday, November 16th at 1:30 PM. Richey’s attorney Jamie Propps stated that more time was needed, after having stated during his initial hearing in July that “there would (will) be significant discovery on this case during September.”
Richey is facing numerous sexual abuse charges, after having being told not to report to work towards the end of the school year; when, over a weekend period, the school district became aware of allegations.
