Work is scheduled to begin next week on some more improvements near Danville High School. It will involve improvements to the Fairchild and Hazel Street intersection, which is located a block west of the school.
The project will involve intermittent lane closures on Fairchild Street between Jackson and Vermilion Streets. Motorists should expect delays and exercise caution in the work zone. It is recommended that you take an alternate route.
It is expected that the work will be substantially complete by August 17th.
