A Danville man will spend the next 30 years behind bars for the March 26, 2018 murder of Kimberly George in Georgetown.
Michael Long, 28, will have to serve the entire length of the sentence followed by three years probation.
Long and co-defendant, Laura Johnson, went to George’s residence and had a disagreement with her. Long later admitted to shooting and killing George and then fleeing the scene.
Johnson was sentenced to 20 years in prison in December for her role in the crime.
