The Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee here in Danville is now accepting applications for the $4,000 MLK Scholarship for 2021. Eligible recipients must be a senior in high school who plan to pursue their academic careers at a college or university after graduation.
Applications are available at local churches, schools and the City of Danville Human Relations Department.
All scholarship applications must be submitted to the city’s H.R. department by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 4th. The winner will be announced at the MLK Celebration in January.
