Dr. Dre's estranged wife Nicole Young is reportedly trying to force three of his alleged mistresses to speak out. According to The Daily Mail, court docs claim that Young is trying to subpoena Jillian Speer, Kili Anderson, Crystal Rogers also known Crystal Sierra. All three of the women are fighting against Nicole's attempt to subpoena them and have hired Kris LeFan to help stop the subpoenas.
Last week, a motion to stop the subpoenas was filed and stated that none of the women have “information relevant to the enforceability” of Dre and Nicole's pre-marital agreement.
LeFan said, “Any extra marital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”
As previously reported, when Nicole filed for divorce, it was believed that she and Dre didn't have a prenup. However, when he responded to her filing, it was revealed that there was in fact a prenup. However, Nicole claimed that she was pressured into signing the prenup, and said two years into their marriage Dre tore up the prenup after allegedly admitting that he felt ashamed for making her sign it.
