The Vermilion County Health Department announced 35 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday afternoon.
Administrator Doug Toole says the new cases consist of:
- One person in their 80’s
- Four people in their 70’s
- Four people in their 60’s
- Six people in their 50’s
- Five people in their 40’s
- Three people in their 30’s
- Six people in their 20’s
- Five teenagers
- One toddler.
Twenty-three Vermilion County residents are currently hospitalized with the virus. 267 cases are active. The total number of cases has surpassed the 2,000 mark, now at 2,063 cases.
