Students at Bismarck-Henning-Rossville-Alvin High School will be learning remotely starting on Friday for two weeks.
In a letter to families, principal Brent Rademacher says BHRA has been dealing with a number of COVID-19 cases that have affected the school.
Remote learning will last through at least Wednesday, December 2nd, with in-person learning resuming the next day.
The change to remote learning is only at the high school.
BHRA joins a number of Vermilion County schools that have moved to remote learning due to new COVID-19 cases. Students at Liberty Elementary School in Danville, Oakwood Junior High School, Oakwood Grade School, and the Salt Fork and Rossville-Alvin school districts will all be learning remotely through Thanksgiving week.
A decision on remote learning at Danville District 118 schools is expected by the end of this week.
