Danville Police have arrested a fourth person on murder charges in connection with the May 30th stabbing death of a Danville man. Public Safety Director Larry Thomason says 24-year-old Ronesha Pettis of Danville turned herself in Tuesday night.
Pettis and three others are charged with murder in the May 30th stabbing of 43-year-old Kuron Kimmons of Danville. Police were told Kimmons was stabbed while trying to break-up an argument in the 900 block of Campbell Lane. Pettis is currently being held at the Public Safety Building after her bond was set at $1-million dollars.
A 15-year-old female was arrested in the case earlier, along with Ronald Pettis and Marcus Jefferson, both 23, from Danville. They are also being held on murder charges with bonds set at $1-million dollars apiece.
Danville Police are continuing to investigate Kimmons death, but do not expect any additional arrests at this time.
