Danville Area Community College is seeking public input on its strategic plan. The College is inviting the public to two forums which are being held on Thursday, March 8th, 2018.
The first session will be held on campus in Vermilion Hall, room 306 at 4:00 p.m. Thursday. The campus is located at 2000 East Main Street in Danville.
The second session will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday (March 8, 2018) at the DACC Higher Learning Center at 847 East Orange Street in Hoopeston.
The meetings are being held in order for the college to gather ideas from the community to formulate DACC’s plans for next year and beyond.
‘’We want to hear your ideas about the College: Tell us what is working, what could be improved, or what could be eliminated,’’ said Robert Mattson. He is DACC’s Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning. ‘’Your opinion matters to us as we develop our strategic planning ‘Matrix’ for the coming year,’’ added Mattson.
If you are planning to attend you may RSVP by contacting the Executive Assistant to the President – Kerri Thurman – by email at kthurman@dacc.edu or by calling (217) 443-8850 if you plan to attend.
