A new president has been named for OSF HealthCare Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville. Ned Hill will be replacing Brad Solberg, who has held the position on an interim basis.
Hill (shown in photo) will be transitioning into his new role on August 2nd, 2021. Solberg will continue as president of OSF Healthcare’s Saint James – John W. Albrecht Medical Center in Pontiac, Illinois.
‘’I am excited to join OSF HealthCare Sacred Heart Medical Center as its President’’, said Hill. He added, ‘’It is my experience that to be a truly great organization and to offer excellence in care, leaders must spend time and attention developing and supporting a culture of caring and empathy.’’ Hill adds it is evident that the leaders of OSF Sacred Heart have done just that.
Hill had served as chief executive officer at Mesa View Regional Hospital in Mesquite, Nevada. He has also served in a variety of leadership positions throughout his career.
As the new President of OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center, Hill will be responsible for directing all internal operations, while continuing to ensure that high quality and cost-effective health care is delivered to patients.
