IDNR Temporarily Restricts Boating on Area River

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources has temporarily banned all boating on an area river due to flooding-related hazards. DNR Conservation Police say it involves the Middle Fork Vermilion River from Oakwood to the Illinois/Indiana state line.  No recreational boating will be allowed on the river until further notice.
