The following areas remain under the partial precautionary advisory – those on the west side of the Lake Vermilion Bridge: Denmark Rd.; Denvale East; Denvale West; Chateau Estates; Old Ottawa; Boat Club Rd.; and Walnut Hill.
Aqua Illinois is doing everything it can to remove the advisory for these remaining customers as quickly as possible and will notify them as soon as it has been lifted. If customers have any question about whether their home or business is impacted, they are encouraged to call Aqua’s customer service team at 877.987.2782 for assistance. The precautionary order was due to low chlorine levels in various places.
