The four candidates vying to be Danville Mayor answered a variety of questions during last night’s (March 28, 2019) forum at the Village Mall Shopping Center.
At one point, current acting Mayor Rickey Williams Jr. promised he will bring back the Police POP Unit….

Meanwhile mayoral candidate Jim McMahon has a plan to help spur development downtown….

Around 250 people attended the forum at the Village Mall. And in addition, local residents had a chance to listen to it live on WDAN and streamed on VermilionCountyFirst.com. Election Day is Tuesday (April 2, 2019).
