Those planning to attend the Career Connections Jobs Fair this month at Danville Area Community College are being invited to a Pre-Job Fair Workshop.
DACC will be hosting the workshop on Saturday, April 6th from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. in Vermilion Hall, room 306. Students, alumni and community members are welcome to attend. You can brush up on interview skills and learn how to make a lasting impression with a potential employer. Those participating will also be able to check out DACC’s clothes closet.
If you plan to attend the Pre-Job Fair Workshop you are asked to register by calling (217) 443-8597, or stop by the Career Services Center in Lincoln Hall, room 104 at Danville Area Community College.
The Career Connections Jobs Fair will be held on Wednesday, April 17th. It will run from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Mary Miller Gym on campus. The event is open to the general public. Those planning to attend should take multiple copies of their resume with them.
