Rainfall of 2 to 3 inches is likely across our region through the end of the week. And the additional rain may result in higher water levels on rivers in our area.
Tom Fricke, spokesman for the Vermilion County Farm Bureau, noted recently that last fall was also very wet…so farmers are trying to catch up work that would normally have been done then. He says farmers will deal with the weather and move on – making the best of it.
