THE FOLLOWING IS A DANVILLE AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE RELEASE
Danville Area Community College is holding the 2022 Oktoberfest 2-Player Scramble on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1, 2022. The Two-Player Scramble benefits the DACC National Basketball Tournament Fund. The event will be held at the Danville Country Club.
The cost is $300 per team – Two Player Scramble. Entry includes 2 rounds of golf, Friday night admission into the Oktoberfest dinner/party, lunch on Saturday and prizes.
The Friday Shot Gun Start begins at 1:00 p.m. The event is flighted after the 1st round. Saturday tee times begin at 9:00 a.m. Payouts for 1st & 2nd Place in Each Flight. Awards Reception after Tournament.
NEW in 2022 – The Oktoberfest dinner on Friday is OPEN to the public. You do not have to play golf to enjoy the event! Dinner includes a delicious German themed buffet, live polka music by Keith Stras & Polka Confetti, and barrels of fun. Seasonal beverage options from local vendors will be available for purchase. $30 per guest. Table Sponsorships for 8 People Available.
