Just a reminder for everyone that this coming Monday, October 3rd; starting at 6 PM at VFW Post 728 at 8 Pine Street in Danville there will be a surplus property auction. This is on real estate properties that were tax delinquent for 2018, and mobile homes that were delinquent for 2019 and prior real estate taxes.

AUDIO: I’m showing that there’s, as far as real estate items, there is right at about 416 items currently still in the sale, and then there are 116 mobile home items. We will go until we have everything; go through all the items.
Bidding will start at $750.00 per item.
