THE FOLLOWING IS A DANVILLE AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE RELEASE
DANVILLE–Danville Area Community College Art students hosted the Fall Flair Art Show and Sale Wednesday, Nov. 16, in the DACC Student Union. Artists presented works for display and sale that they created during this past semester. The works included drawings, paintings, ceramics, and crafts.
Art professor Ronnie Johnson also sponsors the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at DACC. His PTK students offered tasty baked treats for sale during the show, and Dr. Jonathon Wade opened his Coffee Cart for the afternoon to complement the goodies.
In true Art/Coffee House fashion, live music was provided by the talented duo, Fletcher and Baird. The singers offered a small sampling of the musical talent that will be displayed at the DACC Music Programsperformance in Jacobs Hall next Tuesday, November 22, at 2:30 pm. This show will be free and open to the public.
