Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups (2-1/2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
- 3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 pkg Cinnamon Toast Crunch Oatmeal
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Drop dough by rounded 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes for a crisp cookie. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
Note:
These cookies will be incredibly thin. Do not freak out if you are expecting them to be thicker! That is why we are only using 1/2 teaspoonful of dough!
