Danville Area Community College Board Chairman Dave Harby will be retiring from his “other job,” this coming Wednesday, May 31st. He’s been with Country Financial since the late 70s. And as Harby told Neuhoff Media prior to Thursday’s (May 25th) DACC Board meeting, he definitely believes the time has come.
AUDIO: My contract date is September 1st of 1977. It’s been wonderful; I’d do it all over again. Stevenson, my son, is going to follow in my footsteps; going to be sitting in my chair, take over my book of business. And it’s just time for me to step aside.
Harby says he looks back on his history advertising on Neuhoff Media and Saturday Morning Sports Talk with great memories.

Harby says his son Stevenson will be working in the same Country Financial building, at 301 South Gilbert in Danville.
