The Illinois and Indiana Firefighters Association has announced it will be hosting a ‘9-11 Memorial Ride’ again this year. It will be held Sunday, September 10th, starting at the Village Mall Shopping Center parking lot in Danville.
The event is open to all vehicles. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and runs until 9:30. A Bike Blessing will begin at 9:40 Sunday morning, and the group will depart from the mall at 10:00 a.m.
Proceeds from the ride go to the I & I Firefighters Association for their Fallen Firefighter Fund.
