Danville, IL- The Vermilion County Coroner, Jane McFadden stated that the deceased driver of the Toyota which was involved in the accident that occurred on Tuesday evening, June 27, 2023 on State Route 49 at 3550 North Rd., in Rankin, IL, has been forensically identified as Moises Concepcion-Roman, 43 of Rantoul, IL. The accident tragically claimed the lives of two teens from Paxton, IL who were riding in a Jeep.

Danville, IL- The Vermilion County Coroner, Jane McFadden stated that a two vehicle accident that occurred early Tuesday evening, June 27, 2023 on State Route 49 at 3550 North Rd., in Rankin, claimed the lives of Joseph D. Stallone, age 19, and Keegynn L. Martinek, age 17, both of Paxton, IL. The other driver in the Toyota is also deceased and pending identification and notification of next of kin.
