Construction is underway on the new Villas of Holly Brook Assisted Living Community. Official ground-breaking ceremonies were held at the site in the 2200 block of North Bowman Avenue in Danville Wednesday.
Hadley Phillips (shown here) is one of the owners and described the $10-million dollar development….
The new units are expected to be ready for occupancy in twelve to fourteen months.
Phillips says the Reflections Memory Care Residences are, unfortunately, something that is needed in this area….
Phillips also told VermilionCountyFirst.com News that the facility is bringing jobs to the community….
The new units are being constructed directly north of the Life Church and Phillips says he looks forward to the interactions between the church and its new neighbors.
