Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts (your preference)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Combine flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Stir in the nuts; press 2 and 3/4 cups of mixture into a 9×13 inch pan.
- To remaining mixture, add cinnamon, baking soda, salt, sour cream, vanilla, and egg. Stir in apples. Spoon over base and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 350 degree F oven.
