Prior to Thursday’s (Nov 2nd) special luncheon at Courtesy Ford Lincoln marking 25 years as a Ford Dealership, 20-Year Owner J.R. Fregia told Neuhoff Media that it’s been a great run, and there’s plenty more to do.
AUDIO: So blessed, I have so many tendered employees here. Over half of the employees have been here ten years. So that just tells you that things are going good; and people support us and we support each other. And it’s just been a true blessing to be part of the community. We hope to be around 20 more years; supporting the community and doing the right thing and trying to help people out.
And over those next 20 years, Fregia says “yes, those new age cars are coming.”
AUDIO: There’s going to be more EVs, more electric vehicles, and we’re going to jump on board. Whatever the consumers want, we’re going to make sure we give them the best experience, and we’re going to go on to the future. But I think the car business is changing, and Courtesy’s going to change with the car busines.
Fregia says it will be matter of his whole team changing as the market changes.
