The Freaks will be on parade again this summer. Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper are teaming up for a repeat of last year's Freaks on Parade tour, again with opening acts Ministry and Filter. The 21-date trek kicks off August 20th in Albuquerque, New Mexico and runs through September 18th in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to last year the pair had last toured together back in 2010, and Cooper tells us is one of his favorite bills to be part of:
"The Rob Zombie and Alice together, that'll be the show that'll be fun to watch. Rob's like my little brother. I can't wait to do that. We have a lot of fun doing those shows, straight up our own shows and both bands are both really great bands." SOUNDCUE :20
Cooper will still be touring to promote his 2023 studio album "The Road" but will also be releasing a 50th anniversary of his "Billion Dollar Babies" album on March 8 and a coffee table photo book, "Starring Alice Cooper," later this year.
Zombie's most recent album, "The Lunar Injection Kool Acid Eclipse Conspiracy," came out during 2021, while his film adaptation of "The Munsters" was released during 2022.
