Immediately after the closing of Danville’s Quaker Oats plant was announced on April 3rd, there was talk of holding some “Rapid Response Workshops” for Quaker employees. Sessions are scheduled for 9 AM and 2 PM Tuesday (April 30th), and 9 AM and 2 PM Wednesday (May 1st), in the Bremer Center at Danville Area Community College.
Vermilion County Works Director Chuck Jones explains some of the topics that will be covered.
