A Memorial Day weekend tradition continues in Danville with the annual Rotary Memorial Way along North Vermilion Street. Bill Pickett has the story... Proceeds from the MEMORIAL WAY sponsored flags will go to support the Vermilion County War Museum, the Sparky Songer Scholarship at DACC and community projects by the Danville Rotary Club.

The ceremony will include guest speakers, live performances of local musicians, and a wreath-laying ceremony.

We welcome your participation and encourage your group to honor the theme in a creative manner. If you are a union member, you are welcome to ride/walk with the Vermilion County Federation of Labor AFL - CIO.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt at DACC is free and open to the public. Special appearances are planned by Mick Jaguar and the Easter Bunny.
