Friday (May 31st) will be a special day for Hoopeston. The Northern Vermilion County community is being featured as part of channel 3’s ongoing focus on various communities. Vermilion Advantage CEO Mike Marron will be stopping by as one of the interviewees.
AUDIO: Hoopeston’s being featured in their “Our Town” segment. Which, I believe, happens all summer long. So, it’s a great way to highlight some of the wonderful things that are going on in Hoopeston, and showcase the second largest community in Vermilion County; and a great way to kick off the summer.
Festivities are scheduled to be focused on much of the downtown area, going on during the afternoon and into the evening.
