THE FOLLOWING RELEASE IS FROM STATE REP SCHWEIZER’S OFFICE
SPRINGFIELD, IL… State Representative Brandun Schweizer (R-Danville) hosted two guests in Springfield for this year’s annual Women to Watch Conference, a networking event organized by Illinois House Republican women legislators.
Courtney Dudley serves as the Assistant Regional Superintendent for the Vermilion County Regional Office of Education #54. Tanna Suits is an insurance agent with Country Financial in Rantoul. She and her husband also own and operate a multi-generational farm.
“I was honored to have Courtney and Tanna join me in Springfield for this year’s Women to Watch event,” said Rep. Schweizer. “Both are strong pillars in their communities who continue to lead and inspire. This event provided a great opportunity for them to connect with other accomplished women from across the state, and I am glad they were able to attend.”
The one-day conference featured panel discussions with women leaders, a luncheon, tours of the State Capitol and Archives, committee hearings, House floor debate observation, and a networking social hour. Courtney and Tanna joined women from across Illinois for the event.
