Danville Firefighter Devin Heinrichs was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant; during a Tuesday morning, July 21st ceremony in the Danville City Council Chambers. Lieutenant Heinrichs has over seven years of service with the Danville Fire Department; and serves on the department’s Hazardous Materials Team, Fire Investigation Team, and Honor Guard.
