THE FOLLOWING IS A TAPS ON TUESDAY RELEASE
“Taps on Tuesday” for August 25th will look ahead to Christmas. Darren VanDuyn will talk about the upcoming Danville Lions Club project to place wreaths on each veteran’s tombstone at Soldiers Circle at Christmas this year. Larry Weatherford, Greg Green and Tara Auter will host the program and Rebecca Woodrum, Anita Zoeller and Keith Bouslog will provide special music. The program honors veterans each week with the sounding of “Taps” at Spring Hill Cemetery’s Soldiers Circle, and is presented by the War Museum, Danville Township and the Ward Hill Lamon Civil War Roundtable.
