Everyone in the community is invited to attend the July Step Up Vermilion County meeting at 8 AM on Friday, July 17, 2026. The event is held at Second Church of Christ, 3350 E. Voorhees, in Danville, Illinois. This month’s meeting will include an important announcement about the opening of a new community center and information about how Vermilion County can benefit from the Community Foundation of East Central Illinois.
There will also be discussion sessions on Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health and Family & Parenting. The Community Foundation of East Central Illinois will also award a $1,000 grant to a local non-profit organization in attendance. The meeting ends at 10 AM.
