Danville, September 23, 2026 – Boiling Springs Road
The City of Danville would like to announce that Stage II construction on Boiling Springs Road will begin Monday, September 28, 2026, weather permitting.
As part of Stage II construction, Boiling Springs Road will be closed to all traffic from just east of Woolman Road to Tuttle Street.
Traffic Information & Detours
• Woolman Road: Traffic will travel to George Fox Drive and access Boiling Springs Road from either Whittier Lane or Quaker Road.
• Crestwood Circle Drive: Traffic will access the east entrance of Boiling Springs Road.
• Tuttle Street: Traffic will continue using the existing detour route to Lake Boulevard, then east to North Vermilion Street.

Garbage Collection Reminder
Due to construction activities and potential access restrictions, the City of Danville asks that all garbage toters be placed at the curb by 6:30 a.m. on your scheduled garbage collection day.
The City of Danville appreciates the public’s patience, cooperation, and understanding as these important infrastructure improvements are completed.
