The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 1,343 new COVID-19 cases Sunday with 60 additional deaths. The state recorded 21,154 tests. State totals rise to 120,260 cases including 5,390 deaths. The seven-day rolling positive test rate remains at seven percent.
