THE FOLLOWING IS A SALVATION ARMY RELEASE
The Salvation Army, 855 E. Fairchild St., Danville, kicked off its annual Red Kettle fundraising campaign during the weekend. Shoppers can donate at the familiar red kettles as they go about their holiday errands. Proceeds from the campaign go toward providing Love Beyond Christmas by helping to meet the year ’round needs in Vermilion County.
ALSO
The Salvation Army in Danville, 855 E. Fairchild St., will close Wednesday for the Thanksgiving holiday and will reopen at its regular time Monday, Nov. 27.
There will be no food pantry on Friday, Nov. 24.
