THE FOLLOWING IS A TAPS ON TUESDAY RELEASE
This week’s “Taps on Tuesday” program is the third installment of the four-week focus on Revolutionary War Soldiers who settled in Vermilion County. Past Regent of the Governor Bradford Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Paula Hurst, will again join the Taps team for the presentation. Special music will be provided by Rebecca Woodrum and “Taps” will be sounded by Anita Zoeller. Program hosts will be Larry Weatherford and Tara Auter. The programs take place at Spring Hill Cemetery’s Soldiers Circle and are presented by Danville Township, the War Museum and the Ward Hill Lamon Civil War Roundtable. In case of rain, the programs are held at the War Museum.
