Teutopolis, IL… State Rep. Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich) has taking applications for the position of “District Director” for his legislative office serving the constituents of the 102nd District. The district includes all or portions of eleven counties including: Champaign, Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and Vermilion.
“The position includes state medical, dental, and eye care benefits, a competitive salary, and a great work environment,” said Rep. Niemerg. “There are many opportunities to help the constituents of our area and support my legislative priorities of protecting innocent life, fighting for safer neighborhoods and communities, lowering taxes and fees for families and seniors, and defending our constitutional rights.”
Key responsibilities include:
· Assist in Drafting and reviewing legislative documents;
· Coordinate and attend community events, including evening work sucha s county fairs in the summer;
· Manage and respond to constituent inquiries;
· Organize and participate in traveling office hours throughput the district;
· Provid administrative support to the legislative team;
