While the recent storms made Lincoln Park not usable for this year’s Arts in the Park, board president Heather Runyan said the good things is now they know it can be done in Ellsworth Park if necessary; due to adequate size for the event and adequate parking. But just the same, Runyan hopes they can go back to the regular routine in 2027.
AUDIO: Lincoln Park is our home. I would anticipate us returning back home, pending there’s no more storms that come through before our event next year.

Danville Public Library Community Relations Administrator Brooke Truscelli said they enjoyed themselves bringing their bookmobile out to Arts in the Park this year.
AUDIO: We had a good time. People had the opportunity to see our bookmobile and wander in and out; we had our free books and crafts as usual.
Activities wrapped up at 5 PM on Sunday.
