Erika Jayne is showing the receipts. In a messy split that just keeps getting messier, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Jayne is now claiming that her estranged husband Tom Girardi has been cheating on her with a California judge.
“This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was f–king my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 49, wrote on IG Stories.
She and the 81-year-old split after 20 years of marriage in November. A source tell Us that she is having a hard time with all of the scandals that have emerged in recent weeks: “Erika is really going through it. She’s very strong, but this has been very hard for her emotionally.”
In addition to the cheating scandal, the pair made headlines for legal problems, with both of them being targeted in a suit that claims they embezzled settlement funds for families of victims of a 2018 plane crash that killed 189 people.
