Custard Cup has been sold for $250,000 during a Thursday (Oct 26th) morning land auction at Turtle Run conducted by Ag Exchange. The auction began at 10 AM, and concluded at 10:22 AM. The bidder of the quarter-million dollar amount was participating in the auction online, and Ag Exchange says their identity will be released at a later date. The deal is scheduled to close in 30 days.
Including the opening bid from the online bidder of $170,000; there were six individual bids taken during the auction. The auctioneer called for bids of both $270,000 and $260,000 after the $250,000 bid was made online, but there were no takers.
