This week’s TAPS ON TUESDAY (Tues June 11th) will focus on the American Flag, in observance of the “Flag Day” holiday on Friday, June 14th. Following the National Anthem, a brief history of the American Flag and its origins will be given. That will be followed by a reading about the American Flag, and a presentation on a soldier buried in the Solders Circle.
Presenters will be Larry Weatherford, Greg Green, and Tara Auter. The National Anthem will be led by Rebecca Woodrum, and Taps will be sounded by Vince Staub.
Soldiers Circle at Spring Hill Cemetery is the home for this year’s Taps on Tuesday.
