THE FOLLOWING IS A VERMILION COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT RELEASE
DANVILLE, IL – Take in the sights and sounds of Heron County Park as the sun sets. We will look and listen for frogs, dragonflies, birds, mammals, and more! Join a Vermilion County Conservation District naturalist on Thursday, May 21, 2026, 7:30-8:30pm, as we explore the sights and sounds of the wetlands as the day comes to a close.
Pre-registration is required at $5/person at https://SunsetatHeron.eventbrite.com. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants will meet at Heron County Park, 15494 West Newell Road, Danville, IL 61834.
