It’s been a busy week, but let’s go back and thank everyone that made last Friday’s First Fridays event in Downtown Danville a success. It was the Black Light and Live Right healthy trick-or-treating night. Danville Community Relations Administrator Ashton Greer says; quite a turnout.
AUDIO: Several of the locations ran out of items, so we know we had well over 1,000 kids that participated; which was just fabulous. Downtown was just full of energy, and it was a really fun event.
And there was also a great night of music with the Pitch Meeting at the Fischer. There are two final First Fridays events this year: another Potterfest Friday November 4th, and the annual Light Up the Holidays Parade Friday December 2nd.
