Mark you calendar for the weekend before Easter, as Danville Area Community College will be doing their Easter Egg Hunt at 10 AM, Saturday morning March 23rd. This second annual event will be sponsored by DACC’s Corporate and Community Education Department.
DACC’s Brittany Woodworth recently joined Laura Williams on 1490 WDAN’s Community Connection program. She says there will be just a couple of adjustments this year.
Audio PlayerAUDIO: We have more activities that we’re also offering; that will be taking place in the Bremer Conference Center, alongside the actual hunts. And we have three different age groups; so it’s for all ages, everyone’s invited. We have three different areas that will be cornered off on the DACC quad.
Times will be staggered for different age groups. Zero to five-year-olds will start right at 10 AM, with six to ten-year-olds starting at 10:10, and age 11 and up will starting at 10:20.
