THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS RELEASED BY CONGRESSWOMAN MARY MILLER’S OFFICE
Last week, the House and Senate passed a $1.2 trillion omnibus spending bill, and I voted no because it funds the NGOs that are trafficking illegal immigrants into our country, and it allows Joe Biden to keep using the ‘CBP One App’ to fly illegal aliens directly into our communities and ‘parole’ them.
The Biden administration has used the ‘CBP One App’ to fly at least 320,000 illegal immigrants into the United States, including a Haitian man who was just arrested for viciously assaulting a 15-year-old girl. The safety and security of American citizens must come first. We cannot fund our own invasion! Additionally, the $1.2 trillion omnibus bill funds the World Health Organization, includes $200 million for a new FBI Headquarters, gives $25 million to the CDC and NIH to research gun control policy, and provides taxpayer dollars for centers that perform abortions and transgender organizations that encourage the chemical castration of minor children. |
Last week, the House Agriculture Committee held a hearing on China’s efforts to purchase our farmland. I had a discussion with Trump Administration Ambassador Kip Tom about securing our food supply and the threat to our energy sector. The first bill I introduced in the 118th Congress was H.R. 840, the Saving American Farmers from Adversaries Act, which would prevent China from buying our farmland, and I will continue to do everything I can to protect prime American farmland from our foreign adversaries.
Thank you to Governor Kristi Noem for sharing your experience in dealing with foreign adversaries who are attempting to purchase our farmland. We appreciate your insights on the threat the Chinese Communist Party has on agriculture! |
Hours after 101 House Republicans joined with Democrats to fund a new $200 million headquarters for the FBI, the FBI announced they are creating a new national “red-flag” gun control center to seize guns from American citizens. Biden has weaponized the DOJ to go after his political opponents and opposes your Second Amendment rights. He said his number one goal in a second term would be to ban “assault weapons,” which he never defines because it means whatever he wants it to mean. |
