Danville Juvenile Charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon, Possession of Stolen Firearm, Obstructing a Peace Officer
The juvenile was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon possessing it under the age of 21, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, and Obstructing a Peace Officer, along with the Curfew violation. He was taken to the Vermilion County Juvenile Detention Center to be held for court.

The driver was identified as 24-year-old Levi Applegate of Danville. During the officer's stop circumstances led to further investigation. The officer seized an amount of illegal cannabis between 10 to 30 grams accompanied by a firearm.
